Resizing your photos
We are finding that many of our potential talent are having issues submitting the online application form. This may be due to the photo size being too large. If this is the case you will need to download the appropriate app to reduce the size of the photos being submitted down to at least 5MB or below.
The apps required are very easy and straight forward to use.
Please try this app as this is the easiest way to reduce the file size. An alternative online option may be to use tiny png (https://tinypng.com).
